Privacy Policy
Arrayco Crew Hub provides read-only links and reference searches. The public plugin tools do not require an account and do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, precise location, payment information, passwords, or private project records.
Information processed
When a user calls a search tool, the service processes the search words needed to return relevant BC Building Code or WorkSafeBC references. The open-Crew-Hub tool returns the Crew Hub website address. Standard hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request information, such as IP address, browser or client type, timestamps, and security logs, to operate and protect the service.
Use, sharing, and retention
Search text is used only to produce the requested response. Arrayco does not sell personal information. Technical information may be processed by OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers to host, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Arrayco does not maintain a user-profile database for these public read-only tools. Infrastructure logs may be retained according to the hosting provider's operational and security practices.
